We had the best possible outcome! Medi-Cal Dropped The Entire Reimbursement Claim!

My sister and I contacted Mr. Osofsky when we were about to sell our late mother’s home. But there was a big problem: she had been a nursing home resident and we were concerned about a potential Medi-Cal reimbursement claim that was estimated at approximately $180,000. We felt unable to implement my mother’s wishes to sell her home and distribute her estate to her children without satisfying that claim. Our former attorney had been unable to resolve the matter, and we then sought Mr. Osofsky’s advice. And are we glad we did! He took immediate charge and achieved an excellent result for us in a relatively short period of time. With our documentation, and with Mr. Osofsky’s excellent advice and guidance together with his reputation with Medi-Cal, we had the best possible outcome: Medi-Cal dropped the entire claim against the estate, and we have since sold the home and distributed the proceeds as my mother had wished. I fear that if we had not retained Gene’s assistance, the Medi-Cal issue would still be dragging itself out and we would’ve lost our ability to sell our mother’s home and get on with our lives. I would recommend him to anyone needing a highly professional attorney to help them deal with a difficult legal situation.
